There is a lot to like about the internal architecture - my favourite spot was the roof terrace bar at the end of a long day - the older gent working there was charming and attentive. It was so peaceful and cool. The reception team were also very good. The old fashioned key is a nice touch, you definitely won’t want to carry that around when you go out.

Great staff, very helpful giving us a map showing all the main areas to visit in Palermo.
Parking is a nightmare but this hotel is 5 mins away from the ferry and with private, secure parking. Easy to walk into town from this location. Breakfast was more than expected.
