The location of the room is absolutely perfect, a 2 minute walk from the train station. The view from the room looks over the sea and you have access to a terrace.
You have access to a coffee machine and kettle.
Tatiana was super friendly and kind and allowed us to leave our bags upstairs for a few hours after we checked out. Grazie Mille Tatiana ❤️

Giorgio was very friendly and helpful. He gave us lots of good recommendations during our stay including a hidden focaccia restaurant and sunset boat cruise. The location is very close to the train station and to restaurants. The apartment is clean, comfortable with a good shower.

The town is wonderful, it’s a workout to navigate but well worth it. For hikers there are routes available to the next towns. Lots of great restaurants although sometimes tough to get into, we were lucky enough to get into a tapas resto a few times that served great seafood. The walking tunnel from the train station into town has got to be one of a kind, amazing what they’ve done there. Lovely place , somehow central to visit all the 5 villages . I think it is cute , price to sleep was affordable . We wish we would have stay the entire week there to avoid changing village with luggage ( thanks we travelled light ) and train which is an adventure itself . The town is nice with few places to drink or eat . Not really a town for party but you can enjoy a lovely drink at the bar and a good laugh .AmelieIreland - 10Scored 10

Very beautiful place to visit for a couple of days. Be prepared for a lot of visitors, it is very busy. Not a lot of food options as it is a reasonably small town. Very hilly so be prepared to walk up steep inclines.

Travel light...big,heavy luggage will be a burden on you. There's a good climb to reach the apartment but when you get there it'll be like you are on top of the world. The view is stunning! The terrace on top of the building is very nice, take a bottle of wine and watch the sunset. It doesn't get much better than this.mircea - 10Scored 10

A place to be to feel the CT atmosphere. Easy to travel inside the village and to other places of 5 Terre. I've really appreciated the less touristic side of Manarola after the sunrise (beautiful views to live the sunrise)

It's the best of the five villages in Cinque Terre, considering the views one can get from the accommodations available close to the sea front. It is neither too big nor too small, not much to climb up and down to the sea. It has an excellent mix of terraced vegetation on one side and stacked little houses on the other side.RamaaahIndia

We intended to stay in Vernazza because it is centrally located. But the only accommodations we could find was this property in Manarola. Boy did we luck out. Manarola is amazing. And the Alla Porta Rossa apartment -Creme Caramel - exceeded expectations. Stunning view on all sides. Perfectly appointed. Helpful proprietor. As with all of Cinque Terre, be prepared to walk to get there. It’s not convienent, but it’s so worth it.

Check in was easy and the location of the rooms is in a great part of the city. You have a short walk from the train station with one set of stairs to get over but much easier to get to than many other places to stay in the area. Very great location in the center of everything. The apartment is very roomy and the bed is comfortable. The room is cleaned daily and they left us small breakfast choices and a nespresso machine with pods/milk. I booked a sunset boat tour through them, which was probably the highlight of my trip. On our walk to my room, Loris even helped me make a reservation at a fabulous restaurant. I had coffee and toast on my balcony every morning with a beautiful view. As a solo traveler, I felt safe and had an amazing time. Thank you so much!
