Breakfast was lovely, staff very friendly, bed was comfortable. Location was only a block away from Firenze SMN so I only had a short walk to the hotel. My room was located on the street side, but the windows were well insulated and very quiet when closed. They also have AC!

The entire staff were efficient and very friendly and helpful. Victorio was definitely an asset as he spoke excellent English and he was full of suggestions and even made us a reservation for dinner our first night. Which I may say was an excellent choice. The hotel even has umbrellas to use if you didn’t bring one.
