The view is relaxing and green (hills al around) the facility is super clean. the furniture is vintage from italy , amazing. the rooms are beautiful! great pool with sun beds. parking with cover. most of all, amazing hosts. Leonardo (italian) Katrine (german) are a charming couple, with great tips on the area. wish i stayed more!! this is the only real 10/10 i visited.nnadavIsrael

The electric tripped and Elena came to reset it straight away. If we had known we wouldnt have used the cooker and dishwasher at the same time. The swimming pool is great and literally located 2 meters outside our lovely apartment. Very peaceful and safe for children. The kids had a great time with all the farm animals ( inc puppies and kittens!). Breakfast is served poolside, with a great view of the hills and Narni. Definitely highly recommended!LisaNetherlands

When we arrived we had some car problems and Leonardo arranged a mecanic at the Agriturismo to fix it! he also booked us diner at some lovely restaurants in the area. Breakfast was a dream with the lovely view but also very various with products from the area! The pool was great too! We definately will come back here!GloriaNetherlands

It's a lovely house, beautifully decorated and the couple is very polite, friendly and helpful. The room was clean, well kept and equipped. The breakfast was really good with home made products, especially the pastries.
