The serre is a very nice place to have dinner or lunch. All the staff were most helpful and friendly. The rooms were spacious and beautiful. We also very much enjoyed the pool and garden. We were planning on staying only one day, but ended up booking a day extra and are planning on coming back in the future!

This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in Room was large beds where comfy.
The breakfast was great hot bold egg and lots to chose from and the coffee was great too.
The staff where really nice and helpful with lots of tips on how to get around Lucca and where to eat at lunch time and for dinner so you where not paying tourists Prices.
