The location was superb, private parking on site, the staff was very friendly and the room was really clean. Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from.

We loved staying in this hotel nestled up the hill away from the crowds, takes around 30 mins to walk to Argeno from where there a good ferry and bus service, then around 40 mins walks from Argeno to the hotel as uphill. We enjoyed the walks as good exercise and nice views! However 2 days we hired a car which made things very convenient but there can be very bad traffic!! Staff friendly and super comfy rooms with a balcony.

We loved pretty much everything about this hotel. The location was perfect, with a private, not crowded beach in Lugano Lake, two swimming pools that were perfectly clean and well-prepared for the guests, and great service and food. I think it was also great value for money

Musa is a beautiful hotel, in a beautiful neighbourhood with wonderful views of the lake. Service and food is fantastic and beautifully presented but also delicious, it felt like a true gastronomic Michelin experience dining here. Easy to walk alongside the lake and walk into Sala Comancina from the hotel (we also visited Le Tout Paris on a few occasions - a brilliant restaurant and wine bar just a few doors down, by the way)
Loved the heated pool with views of the lake, and outdoor gym.
The whole concept behind Musa is fantastic, fascinating to learn more about their “Muses” in the rooms and drinks menu.
So many special little touches including turndown cookies every night, and lovely pasta and cologne as a departure gift.
Would definitely recommend staying here.
Excellent for exploring the lake region. Cable cars, fine dining, views and more. Stay there for rest. Get out to explore beauty of Italy. I recommend you go by a car or rent one. It is best to get around considering the elevation changes!
