They were very kind and helpful in any way that we need. He even helped with food, because we had some car problems and we couldn’t go to a restaurant that evening!
I really recommend from all my heart! ❤️

Parfect stay in stone house in incredible Sassetta, 1000 years old little town.Real Toscana from our dreams.Nearby are Roman Spa, vineyards and it is very close from the sea but with feeling you are living (not just staying) with locals far a way from touristic crowd. We were waked up by birds singing, looking on marvelous nature with forests from our window.Scent of Italian coffee on our terrace and morning meditation while sun rays are warming you and this ancient stones. The owner Debora was always at our disposal, with great tips and so passionate about her work. She makes our family stay in Sassetta just perfect. If you want to become real Tuscan(Toscani) in just few days just stay there and enjoy!

Be aware the route to reach the property is a dirt road: this is the way to reach the true and the beautiful loneliness of Tenuta Seripa

Small and cozy little village, endowed with all possible...
Small and cozy little village, endowed with all possible necessities, from little markets to hospitals. The numerous sculptures (proud feature of Sassetta's streets) perfectly mix up with the Medieval outlook of the city.
Campo Di Carlo is in a beautiful rural location a short drive from lovely Tuscan villages for sightseeing and great food, and some excellent beaches. We stayed with our toddler, and all the space and pool, as well as the on-site kitchen, was just what we needed. Cristina the host was so helpful and accommodating - recommending and booking local restaurants and sights, and making everyone feel at home. Breakfast was a delicious spread with a fab view. We had a wonderful week.
Although the property was dry due to the drought it was stunning. The breakfast was in on the patio overlooking the beautiful countryside. Our room didn't have air-conditioning but this wasn't an issue as the screened windows at the back of our room ensured we had cool air flowing through the room all night. The hotel has a restaurant or you can drive 5 minutes up the road to Sassetta and dine at one of the restaurants there.
We highly recommend this property.
Sassetta is not a location you chose randomly. You go there for a reason: for a friends get together, a wedding nearby or the likes. The flat is small, on top of a cliff, in a row of similar units. On the back there is a pool, in the front a numbered car place. Walking distance to the village. Very sketchy connection in the area. If you plan to work in the spare time, get ready to get frustrated.
Lovely house, quiet and a really big space. Unfortunately the property was in the shade permanently which may well be a bonus in the summer but we stayed in October so it was chilly and damp.
Nice place to stay apart from that.
And you have to drive everywhere so be prepared for that.
Spa has sauna and steam, as well as pools which is great, breakfast and dinner were just OK, but lunch menu, food and service was brilliant. Treatments are great but pricey. Tea and yohurt in the spa. Rooms have no wifi, TV or aircon/heating, and bath products in sachets.
Our stay at Pian Delle more was absolutely heavenly.. from the magnificence of the Tuscan hillsides to the birdsong all day long, the swifts swooping down to drink from the wonderful swimming pool and the much appreciated quiet.. I would definitely come back..
Beautiful setting, even though the spa was busy it was always possible to find a quiet spot to relax. The food was exceptional and service friendly and informative. Our room was lovely, clean and large with plenty of space.
Incredible location, very peaceful, deep in the nature with an amazing thermal spa next door and the picturesque town of Sassetta 5 minutes away. Great base to explore the coastal area, would go back again in a heartbeat.
Elegant hotel with great breakfast and helpful staff. Lovely room with superb view. Lots of outdoor activities in the area including hiking and nearby spa.
