The area is a good area to base yourself to see lots of lesser tourist attractions that are in the big smoke of the city area. There are lots of places like Montelupo which is famous for ceramics and the beautiful town of Vinci to visit. A drive across the hills provides great views from up high.

The accessibility via train to Florence was a definite plus, making it easy to explore the area. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. While my stay was enjoyable overall, I didn't find anything particularly exceptional about the experience. It served its purpose as a comfortable base, offering a clean apartment and pleasant interactions with the staff.

We arrived at night and we were picked up at the nearby Signa train station. They allowed us to drop off our bags and then drove us to a restaurant that was open and had amazing pizza. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was picture perfect. I could tell a lot of effort went into decorating. The tower is so unique and was very impressive. They are the nicest people! My friend and I could not have had a better experience.

Our breakfast was of our choice and every day it was fresh, tasty and well prepared. The villa itself was at a great location, ideal for evening walks and had an amazing view of Signa. Our host, Irene, was the most welcoming and warm person, so it was a pleasure. We hope that the next time we see each other the printer will still be working! Overall, we spent an amazing time and have left with great memories in our hearts.

The beds were so comfortable. The hotel is in a beautiful setting with the woodlands and the lake. There is also a lovely pool area. Breakfast is a feast. The restaurant located at the Villa is 100% gluten free and the food is delicious. We thoroughly enjoyed our Italian cooking class. They are a very environmentally friendly hotel.francesIreland
