The staff was very nice. The room and the property it self probabaly just got renovated because it looks new, fresh and very stylish :)
Every morning the offered me gluten free bread with out breakfast, after I asked for it in the first morning.
The location was also perfect, very close to Porta Nuova and metro stations also.

The location is great, close to the city center and major tourist attractions and also to main train station, close to metro and public transport. The reception staff was generally supportive and helpful, with some of them though not very fluent in English.
