everything was perfect for a first stop in northern Italy after our long trip from Belgium. the place was great, 20 m for a very good restaurant, 40 m for a gelateria and 100 m for a drink on the lac majeur ! Giuli was so nice to us ! Definitely a great place

As a queer couple we felt respected and welcomed. EV charging worked without problems. The spa has everything you'd expect from a hotel spa and is nice and clean. The other visitors were respectful and adhering to hygiene standards (which isn't always the case so I feel it should be pointed out). Overall, a relaxing stay.
