Great hotel, from our reception at welcome all the staff were very pleasant. The room was spacious and service at breakfast was great. A great location to get taxi around Amaan.

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Mr Ahmad Alkhateeb. He made us feel comfortable and was always ready to help. The hotel is also new or recently refurbished, but the maintenance team and the Housekeeping team do an excellent job.
