It has many lovely restaurants, a great onsen plus a nice golf course to boot. Locals regard this hotel as Hokkaido's most prestigious hotel, and one can fully understand once you stay there. The view is super amazing as we got the room facing Lake Toya. Bed is comfortable and the room is spacious too. There is bathtub inside the bathroom and you can have a good soak while enjoying the scenery outside. The staff is very friendly and helpful too.

Great view from our room, right over the lake from where we were able to watch the firework display in the evening. Room was clean and comfortable - no issues at all. Hotel is centrally located, within walking distance from the bus station and tourist information centre. You would need a car, bus or taxi to get out to the cable car to Mt Uzu though.
