We loved our stay at the Urban. All the facilities were great and the staff all went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel at home. It was a lovely, peaceful place to stay. We also really liked their efforts to be eco-friendly and even took part in a tree planting, which was very special. We were sad to leave as we felt we had made some new friends!

We were upgraded when we arrived at the hotel. Our room was very tasteful and comfortable. The staff were great and the tuk tuks with the hotel were very reasonably priced and convenient! (1$ to go to town)

We really enjoyed our stay, we had a superior room for 2 nights which was lovely! We then extended our stay and stayed in a double room and this was very basic and had a lot of issues (tv screen smashed, shower leaked, and toilet seat had fallen off to name a few). Breakfast was great and timings were good, restaurant also made great food! Staff were lovely :)

If you’re looking for beautiful hotels with big swimming pool, I can recommend this hotel. The hotel has a great design with modern facilities. Room was spotlessly clean with good size and free WiFi. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Pool was a good place to relax with sunbeds and trees around. Location was good close to pub street. We would highly recommend this hotel and will come to stay again!!!!
