The property is in the most amazing location, with the most beautiful view of Sveti stefan. It’s all very modern and exceptionally clean and tidy too and other than some of the beach staff the rest of the staff are super friendly and really great. The beach is lovely and they try to keep it looking immaculate.

Hotel Budva is set in the centre of Budva, right on the seaside promenade and just steps away from the sandy Slovenska Beach and Marina. It features an on-site restaurant, bar and a wellness centre.

The hotel is new and nice. It is situated very centrally, separated from the sea only by a road. The staff is extremely helpful and nice. We were given a room on the third floor overlooking the sea. The first night we couldn't sleep until 3 in the morning because of the outside noise. The window panes provide hardly any noise isolation. The rooms are very small and quickly run out of air but opening the window is out of question because of the noise. When we complained in the morning, we were given an apartment overlooking the parking, which was nice and we could finally sleep properly. If you choose the hotel do ask for a room looking towards the parking if you want to sleep properly. Breakfast is nice, not much variety but all the selection is really nice. We ate once for lunch but were totally unimpressed. One word of caution on Budva and the region though - there is construction everywhere - huge hotels and buildings as well as the roads. It is noisy and really hard to travel by car - huge traffic jams. I personally recommend coming to Budva once all the construction is completed in several years, though then there will be an issue most likely with the crowds
