Everything was just perfect. We visited for a surprise birthday trip and we were delighted with everything from the very start. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived, and they even decorated the room as a birthday treat :)
It was such a unique hotel to stay in overall: the decor was beautiful and the location on the river was excellent. We had dinner in the restaurant, and the quality of food, drinks, and service was exceptional. We would definitely return, and we will recommend it to anyone coming to Skopje in the future.

I love that everything that was available to me was functional, clean, and the place was really quiet. I had been going through a burnout, but the room allowed me to relax and have uninterrupted sleep, without it feeling claustrophobic, like in many other hotels. The windows were wide and fully openable. The nearest traffic is far enough so that the noise isn't bothersome. This wideness of the windows can be a downside, but to me, it was really helpful during this time of year (month of May). Also, people who stay at the hotel are allowed to use the Olympic swimming pool, which is in the same building. How cool is that!
