The owners are brilliant, so kind & welcoming and amazing hosts. They live nearby so any issues were attended very quickly - as good as a 5 star hotel in terms of hospitality and service. They provided a welcome pack with many basic items (egg, sugar, salt, oil ect). The property in itself is great! A gem of a place!

This was our first stay during our Mauritius trip and we felt really welcome. It allowed us to settle in and rest and comfortably start to explore the island. The property is right on top of a very nice beach, it is well equipped overall(beach towels, toys and umbrella, mosquito repellents, kitchen stocked with the basics for cooking plus water bottles, coffee and tea). It was a very spacious and nicely decorated villa. The cleaning lady came by every day and both her and the owner were very pleasant to interact with. The cleaning lady brought us two pineapples that she prepared for us to eat on different days. Any issues we raised were quickly addressed. We were allowed late checkout without any extra fee.

One of the most memorable stays in Mauritius yet. The fact that you can take a boat Ile Aux Serfs for when you stay there was really awesome we didn't know about it and was told this at the resort what a bonus. Also there is a 25% discount at the restaurant.

Lot of space very quite and peaceful place

Its a scam...booking is stealing money on properties that is not available...ive book the place already make payment...and next day when arriving at the properties owner told us the place is unavailable due to water leakage and he already informed booking.com about this problem...ive emailed booking.com so many times for a refund or if i could book another property but no answer till now....GOOD JOB BOOKING.COM....please be careful people about booking...

We had a wonderful week at Constance Belle Mare Plage. After previous stays at Constance Hotels in the Seychelles, we were very curious about our experience in Mauritius. Despite a few minor initial issues due to our own fatigue, this hotel pleasantly surprised us with unparalleled hospitality. The Hotel: The hotel features several beautifully landscaped pools spread across the property, situated in well-maintained tropical gardens. There is ample space to enjoy the pool or the ocean view undisturbed. Additionally, there are loungers in the shallow areas of two pools, which are perfect for a relaxing afternoon. Along the pristine white sand beach, there are plenty that of loungers available. At both the pool, the Indigo Restaurant, and the Lakaze Restaurant, service is provided at the loungers. Food and drinks are also served on the beach. The Rooms: We stayed in a Junior Suite on the ground floor, right opposite one of the pools. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a very pleasant bed. The rooms have recently been renovated and feature a beautiful new floor. The Nespresso coffee machine made each morning a delight, complemented by the stunning view. The room was serviced twice daily: cleaned in the morning and prepared for the evening. The staff was very friendly and did everything to make our stay unforgettable. We celebrated our son's second birthday here, and the housekeeper decorated the room, arranged a cake, and a gift for him. The attention and care were exceptional. Breakfast: We had breakfast daily at the buffet restaurant Le Citronnelle. The breakfast was extensive, offering something delicious for everyone. When I wanted something different, like French blue cheese, it was no problem for the exceptionally kind and helpful staff. I particularly want to thank Chef Vikram and his team for the delightful mornings, and also Mr. Seetohul for taking such good care of us. Lunch: We lunched every day at the Indigo Beach Restaurant.

The staff. They are what makes this place. Most were very very nice , friendly and helpful. Location was ok. The bars and restaurants were very nice and entertainment was quite good at night Pool at papaya is very nice. Also I would like to give Sarita from the social restaurant at breakfast a mention, she went above and beyond and was always helpful and smiling. Rum tasting was a nice touch.

The room was very nice and clean, the food was varied and well prepared, the hotel offers a lot of activities.

Very welcoming staff, exceptional client service, very high standards for everything. Lovely place with decent size (not too crowded). It was perfect with our 5m baby as well as the hotel prepared food for her as well (baby smashed food). For adults, the 3 restaurants offer very good food with a large choice. To note: it is quiet at night, nice bands singing but ending early (not a place to party! Which was perfect for us). We may come back again as really enjoyed every moment. Didnt have to wait to play tennis, nor for water sports which is great. The rooms are big with lots of space in the dressing. The beach and pools are very nice. A little paradise! Cherry on the cake, our room was ready wheb we arrived quite early, and we could have a late check out which was highly appreciable.
