Both area and the room totally dirty.. bad smelly. Shower, hand shower commed was broken. There were 3 single beds instead of requested double bed for the couple. No soap or bathing requisits. No one came to show the room. Their language was only malay so nothing could understand. Mal facility room. Not worthy.

It was in a business complex, so you hv starbucks and the chicken rice shop downstairs. The staff was great, they brief you about everything. There is also an option for free access card for parking with a deposit, so that's a bonus. The room was okay, functioning aircond and water heater also got hairdryer, iron and ironboard in the room.
