We stayed at the due ensuite. We had an amazing time. Everything was spotless and VERY welcoming. Contrary to previous reviews I have read, the landlady didn't crowd our breakfast times at all and made sure she was going to the garden to water the plants or doing things next door. She has been very helpful every time we needed to ask her for advice and I truly recommend that you go there.
The location is amazing as it is only ten minutes from the lovely windmills. You can easily park in the street or on the supermarket free carpark opposite the road. On her advice, we took the car to the krommieren Assendelft park and ride carpark and hopped on the train to Assendelft for 20 euros for a day return for the two of us. Trains run from 6am to 2 am. The ride lasts a bit less than 30 minutes.

The host was very welcoming and generous. Loved having a kitchen to be able to make our own supper. The atmosphere in the big barn was great with the beautiful old tractor. Enjoyed a game of table football.
