The Manager on the first day was good , however the other person was horrible and they didn’t allow us to checkin but allowed us the next day.
They’re scammers selling our room to someone else and don’t care what happens to the customer.

The rooms are clean and well-equipped and look exactly like in the photos and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly! The Tv comes with chromecast and the bath has jacuzzi settings. Location is also good with lots of shops and bars/restaurants nearby and less than 30 minutes to amsterdam centre

Super cool accommodation resort. The sauna complex is classy and rustic, with many beautiful designs, like the Birdnest sauna.
The hotel room was spacious and comfortable with gorgeous redesigning of the fort building. Quiet & dark in the morning. I guess being a fort helps soundproofing! I slept extremely well.
The included buffet breakfast was delicious!

The room was very well decorated and clean, stocked with a coffee and tea machine/capsules and also a minibar. The hotel is located a 5-minute walk from the train station to Amsterdam (it didn't take us more than 20 minutes to reach Amsterdam central station) and close to the main street with lots of shops and some restaurant options. We would spend a much higher amount of money to stay in a hotel with this structure in the city of Amsterdam.
