Excellent food, really high quality and good variety. Kitchen specially prepared asparagus soup for our group on request. Helpful staff, particularly as there weren't a lot of them on duty. Bedrooms comfortable, very effective shower and loads of storage space. Public areas mainly open plan but work well enough. Location good for public transport and for parking. Really liked the links to the history of the building and the town.

Fantastic! Samuel and Arjan are excellent hosts for their two-apartment property. We had the upstairs apartment and liked the facilities (refrigerator, dishwasher, satellite TVs, and the two-person Jacuzzi) and the little touches that made this small, quiet apartment our home for six nights. A grocery store is nearby, too. Our relatives live nearby, so we will definitely return!

We were looking for a quiet country location on our way back to Amsterdam and In Ons Straatje fit the bill! Ellen was extremely friendly and welcoming and even recommended a wonderful place to have our dinner. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was varied and plentiful...a perfect start to our day. We would love to return and stay longer so that we can enjoy some bicycle riding in the area.
