Our host was most welcoming and invited us to make use of the garden which we enjoyed. The room and bathroom were sparklingly clean, fresh and beautifully decorated. The room was extremely quiet as it overlooked the garden to the rear of the house on a very quiet road. A short distance out of Hoorn with easy access.
Breakfast was delicious with a choice of eggs , fresh fruit, yoghurt and fresh fruit all beautifully presented. Wished we'd booked a longer stay.

Not a lot, it was not what we expected. Bed was comfy but the the restored workman's hut looked tired, the windows were filthy and smelled damp. No tea or coffee or welcome biscuits.
