Elblag (Elbling) as a town is outright dissapointing.
Elblag (Elbling) as a town is outright dissapointing. Yes, there are some nice spots, but there are much nicer places to visit in Poland. The center (old town, nothing old though) is under construction at this moment. Lots of new housing. Nice attempt to build new houses in an old style. But the soul of the city is missing. It will probably take some years before that returns. Maybe then it is becoming worth visiting again.LukasNetherlands - 10Scored 10

I recommend this apartment, If you are flying into Gdansk please come here for 2 nights and enjoy the Elblag canal and Molbork castles, you will not be disappointed, the restaurants are first class, and the train station is only 20 mins walk.. The apartment was decorated very well. Our stay was top notch and I would highly recommend this apartment. I do travel to Elblag occasionally and I will look to stay here every time now that I've seen how pleasant and well-appointed it was.
