The town is not a really charming place and still in search...
The town is not a really charming place and still in search for its identity. However, visit of touristical coal mines, notably Guido, is quite a highlight. Othe mines rather look like lost places. Restaurant in Water Tower ( Kelnery Wies) is wonderful and should be booked in advance. For public transport by tramway you should have a plan & timetable (all in Polish) and be aware that they do not run very frequently. Travelling by individual car is not easy in the area - roundabouts and a maze of roads, motorways and tiny signs.konradGermany

The beds were comfy, the coffee maker was exceptional - really delicious coffee! Perfect location for Zabrze as well, short walk to train station, very easy access to buses and right in the centre of the town. Wioletta and Mirosław are very kind and friendly people who were always easy to contact and able to help and answer questions. We had such a wonderful stay we would love to return again :)
