The Location is great, close to the centre and full of restaurants and shops nearby.

Great location. Went for the Harry Styles concert on the beach. Really easy for the kids to get there and back safely and I got to watch and hear the concert from the balcony. Easy access by train to the centre of Lisbon. We got a 10.30 train back one night and felt safe. Use of the rooftop pool was great, but also a reasonable beach 5 minutes walk away. Alternatively jump on a train and lovely beaches a few stops away.

Incredible hotel. Multiple times a day the staff came to ensure we don't miss anything, the breakfast was simply the BEST we've ever had in any hotel in the world. Both pools were relaxing and the service was great.

Location, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. Lobby, bars and dining facilities very good.

The staff from breakfast and roof bar (in fact the same team for morning and evening) are doing a very good job and with a very kind an positive attitude to clients. Very good variety of dishes on breakfast buffet with plenty of local specialties. Highly recommended. Location is convenient with a walking distance for the subway station and fast access to historical center of Lisbon.

I thought the property was clean, comfortable and for me in a good location of local shops so I could eat out and also go to a supermarket just down the road. The staff were very pleasant, check was fast but I was the only one at the desk 😀 The room had a balcony which enabled me to stand and watch the world go by which I enjoy to do. The room was more than ample for me, met all my needs. Clean and comfortable. It took me a while to work out the shower but to be fair it happens to me a lot in any new shower that is not like mine at home. It was a very good shower. I had seen in previous comments that outside noise was a problem when trying to sleep but to be fair I have never been to a big city where it sleeps on a night. London, Manchester,Glasgow, Johannesburg etc but as part of my travel kit I “ go prepared “ and always have ear plugs. Yes there was a little noise but I kind of like that . The food on the morning was lovely . The bacon was not like my bacon at home but I’m not at home so I decided to try and I liked it. I nearly burnt the toast as it took a while to brown and I went off to do other things ie get some food while it browned and only went and forgot haha. However no fire services were required. Thankfully 🤣 As a lone traveller I felt safe while in the hotel and when I left for a walk about I returned about 10 pm as I felt it was better that I did however the important thing was the hotel made me feel safe and that is very important . I must apologise I have red/pink hair and I sadly left one of your towels with colour residue . Sorry about that. I give the hotel 100% Thank you

In a quiter neighbourhood of lisbon but still close to city attractions with metro/bus. Close to the markets and some good restaurants as well. The staff was always helpful and the room is clean and spacious with a nice wardrobe.
