The hotel / castle is beautiful and romantic. We were upgraded to a wonderful spacious room. The history of the castle was seen in our room (old paintings, furniture). Bead was confortable. Bathroom and shower were in the corridor, but there where slippers and bathrobe in our room. We stayed of season so were alone in the corridor. The restaurant and dinner were really good. The service was friendly.

The location is super beautiful. Breakfast was great and we totally recommend having dinner there too, especially the smaland rykbiff was super yummy. You can take a refreshing jump in the lake on site if weather is nice!

I did like the peaceful environment, the parking facilities, the size of the cottage and a 'super-bonus' was the orthopaedic bed!! where you can setup the position of the mattress lower or higher on your head, or your legs, as you wish; a real heaven after 8 hours driving...!
My Frenchie was happily playing at the back garden, and the front garden is also all fenced, so she was free to safely get around.

This house is amazing, in a quiet area, surrounded by woods and lakes. Very spacious, large kitchen and living room, dining room, 4 bedrooms, kids playing area inside and outside of the house, great backyard with playground and trampoline, large sitting area , and with in the house as a surprise we found a gaming room, with darts, various of games, and a boxing bag. Also bikes for adults and kids. It is a great place to go with friends or family. The house was equipped with almost everything you could think of, home like, with all the kitchen utilities, also a laundry room and 2 bathrooms with shower and bath tube and a finnish sauna; The owner has its own tourist guide for the area, with sightseeing tips even a gastronomy guide.
