We had an amazing time at k bunk, the reps were so friendly and would always make sure we were comfortable and having a good time especially tom who gave us a brilliant half day kayaking tour. Great hotel with lovely staff. It’s in a good location, a quieter part of town, but still central. The rooms were big with a quiet balcony. I was there until it closed for the season and renovation so it should be improving as well.
