I liked everything. Very big resort. Quiet and peaceful. Huge bungalow. Kettle, hairdryer and fridge inside the bungalow. Lovely decor. Beautiful surroundings and great value for money. I'll be definitely coming back. It's pet friendly too.

Laila is a extraordinary host. She helped us with just about everything, from arranging transfers from and to the ferry to recommending and booking activities. The place itself is also very nice, quiet and secluded, yet only minutes from the beach, bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The bungalow had everything we needed, was clean and cozy. We had a tremdendous stay at Boonya Swisshome and I am very sure that we will be back :)

The place is super nice with a nice view right next to Malibu beach (my fav on the island).

Nice peaceful and quite village in the north of Koh Phangan with an intact local community. Two Seven Elevens and some local supermarkets as well as a drug store, diving centers and several nice restaurants are located in Chaloklum. Taxi boat services to the beaches of Haad Kkom, Bottle beach or Thong Nai Pan are offered at the pier or near Viva Pizzeria.AndreasGermany - 8.0Scored 8.0

Not so posh as other locations but we loved it.
Not so posh as other locations but we loved it. A mix of authentic thai, holiday makers and expats, meaning a good range of eateries. Beach is not great but a 10 minute walk takes you to Malibu beach which is lovely and it's close to lots of other beaches too by motorbike (eg haad salad, wang mai resort). We had brekky every day at the world's end (owned by a swedish lady) and dinner every day at Leo's Thai, run by Leo and his wife (both Thai). Chaloklum is a genuine fishing village in the north of Koh...
Chaloklum is a genuine fishing village in the north of Koh Phangan, so go here if you want to see the fishing boats, and all of the paraphernalia associated with a fishing fleet. However, Chaloklum also has beautiful beaches and a clear sea, great for a day at the beach. There are also a lot of restaurants, cafes & bars which cater for tourists. The bonus is that there's also a wonderful German Bakery, baking fresh bread & pastries everyday (their chocolate croissant are the best available this side of Vienna!).

Beautiful beach, 2 pools one of them directly connected to the beach, super showers to wash off salt and sand after swimming. Very nice garden & lawn. Wonderful, charming staff Opal & Rainbow, very flexibel and very driven to help with reservations and wishes. The bungalows are generous in space and light and modern without being flashy.BettinaGermany

This is for you. We visited in low season but Chaloklum still feels alive since it is a fishermans village with a local community. Restaurants as neighbours, a new super market, sunday market, rentals and everything you need. The host is great and helpful. Everything is in order, the house is modern and lovely, and there's a SUP board to paddle around the bay. We truely enjoyed our stay.AndreasDenmark

Immediate beach access from there. Very nice sandy beach, although some boats are towed there. Very close to the restaurants in Chaloklum. For breakfast, consider World's End closeby as the resort does not offer any breakfast. Bungalows are clean and nicely prepared. Some negative points though, see below. Resort offers taxi and laundry service.

It's located on a beautiful beach in one of the few remaining quiet areas of Koh Phangan. The bungalows are beautifully designed and spotless clean. They are windowless so we were connected to the surrounding nature and surprisingly it was very quiet during night. For us, Coconut Beach is the most memorable accomodation we ever stayed. I strongly recommend it for a different experience.
