    rooms: We had requested when make are Reservations two doubles beds. instead we got a king size bed 🛏 and a twin size sofa bed. they couldn't not accommodate us with are request. There's "No" Phones in the room to call the from desk. the electrical outlets weren't working so we were unable to dry are hair from the bathroom.

    Compared to other parts of the area it was easier to navigate. There were some shopping areas and main streets and restaurants nearby. Just too busy for my taste but I was in town for concerts and the hotels closer to the stadium were too expensive or already booked.

    The property looked like it had once been a very nice hotel but has fallen into some disrepair. The staff seems to be working hard to update the hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They were very helpful with any concerns. There was a security guard that frequently walked the property. It was also close to everything we needed to get to

    it’s a nice hotel just the rooms I had to switch out of my first room no tv no coffee maker like it claimed. get into the new room but the bathroom light kept switching on and off like an electrical problem and the phone didn’t work. I was way too busy to run down stairs to the lobby to discuss with management

    The grounds were quite beautiful. It had the look of a very nice hotel from outside and in the lobby. The room itself was even very nice looking. Unfortunately it only looked like a nice room.

    The location was good (we had a car so it was easy to get to and from the hotel). Rooms were big and the property has more than one entrance so no need to walk through lobby all the time.
