I was planning to stay at another place nearby but it was full for my dates. Traveled for a work-related emergency situation and stayed there for almost a week because the location was convenient for me.
Seeing the previous comments about ants, I was a bit anxious about my stay before even getting there. Stayed on the 3rd floor and didn't have any ant problem.
Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Even though it was near the elevator, I didn't hear any disturbing noise from the hallway. Lots of parking space available.

Getting around Crystal Lake was very easy. We ate at Chen's Chinese Cuisine and it was some of the best Chinese food I've ever had. People in Crystal Lake are very friendly. It was a nice change from Arizona. Got to see beautiful fall colors.

We only stayed one night. We were there for a funeral, so we weren't looking for nightlife or things to do. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the room though it could use some updating. All things considered a great value for the money.

This hotel is in a great location for restaurants and entertainment. There are great amenities at the hotel. It is modern and feels high-end without the price. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Great romantic getaway.

Room wasn't ready at 3, had to wait 30 min before we could even check in. Small pool and cold. No free breakfast was included. Booking com said it would be. I will never use booking com again, or go back to that hotel. It was over priced and nothing special.

Requested two rooms that were either adjoining or next to each other and we did get adjoining which makes it easier when there's 5 adults in our family. The location of the hotel is very near all sorts of restaurants and shopping which is convenient. Would stay here again.
