We loved everything! 10/10 would recommend! Gorgeous and clean room, super comfortable beds with very soft sheets. First time ever I saw a hummingbird. Stayed out on the front porch late at night to watch them fly to the drinking stations in front of our room. Very lovely experience!

We loved being guests in someones home for a change (not a hotel). Our room was very clean and comfortable, bathroom clean and nice. The shared space for the guests has all you need - full kitchen, watercooler, washing machine and dryer - everything very new and clean (big plus!). A beautiful view from the terrace. Location is not too great (its a small town all in all), but great for a stopby. The views were splendind and there's a great place for breakfast and coffree around the corner, which we appreciated.

Call ahead (or check for messages) if check in is during off season. Nice room and quiet (summer peak maybe some ATV noise?) with 2nd floor access via outside covered stairway. The Inn is slightly above the road height and parking could become a bit tight. Breakfast (due to off season?) was very limited to a coffee machine and Refrigerator with a few juice boxes and store wrapped treats in the room so you may want to clarify. Great (fairly remote) location & reasonable distance near National Parks and other great recreational areas. Duck Creek is a bit remote but away from unwanted close hotels and plenty of outdoor recreation opportunities. Heidi was eager to help if needed and kind to store a couple freezer packs for us! Town is very small (a plus for me) with limited services and hours. Bathroom sink was a bit slow on the drain and the shower is snug (tub area ok) but very clean and plenty of hot water and a good amount of bathroom space. Comfy clean room. We would stay here again.

The gentleman at check in was nice. but be aware there are stairs to climb to the rooms and he offered no help. One of our towels had bleach stains on it, and the soap for the shower was so small we couldn't get it to lather. They ran out of coffee pods for us to use the second day! The room was clean for the most part and the bed comfortable.

It was a cozy cabin in the woods with cute cabin decorations. We enjoyed having s’more by the fire pit. It was a close location to Bryce and Zion national parks. The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare a meal but closest grocery store was 35 minutes away.

The location is very convenient, half way between Bryce Canyon and Zion. We were there the last week in September (not high season) and most of the restaurants were closed on Monday and Tuesday. It would have been good to know this in advance.

This "resort" is in much need of maintenance and remodel.

This "resort" is in much need of maintenance and remodel. The carpets were filthy as were the couch and chair. We had to put sheets over them to be able to sit on them. We were told we would have a king and two twin beds but we ended up with a king and two bunk beds which were very uncomfortable for an older person. The bathtub was extremely slippery, the toilet was loose from the floor. The toilet paper holder was broken and the toilet paper kept falling to the floor. There were no lights on the outside of the building and it was so dark I couldn't find my way down the stairs to get something from my car. I told the management two days in a row that there were no lights on the building but nothing was done while we were there. This is not a senior or disabled friendly place to stay but it is very kid friendly. The playground was nice for kids to interact and play volleyball, basketball, swings and slides. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were nice. The stairwell going up to the rooms didn't have a handrail that you could get a good grip on because the handrail was too wide. My recommendation is if you are a senior who doesn't want to navigate a lot of stairs, or disabled or you like cleanliness, don't stay here.
