Perfect place to stay. Lots going on there even though it’s in the middle of nowhere.

I was booked there for 7 nights in room 234. Room was great but toilet would not flush at all. The water just swirled around in the bowl and wouldn’t go down.
I reported it to the front desk and the gentleman filled out a work order and told me it would be fixed the next day. Well, it wasn’t so I went back to the front desk and they moved me to room 244. Before moving all my things, I checked the toilet there and it did the exact same thing . . . swirled around and would not go down. I returned the key to 244 and the front desk rep offered no other solution.
Must definitely be a plumbing problem.
I was not going to keep driving to a convenience store every time I needed to use the toilet, so I checked out after 4 nights and went somewhere else incurring an additional expense.
It’s a nice motel, but doubtful I will ever stay there again.
The Comfort Inn & Suites hotel is conveniently located off of Interstate 65, just one mile from the Cave City Convention Center and Dinosaur World theme park.

The room was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The king bed was comfortable. I really liked the scrambled eggs and sausage for breakfast.
We love old buildings and history. Downtown Glasgow is beautiful. We had a picnic lunch at Thelma Stovall Park on the green river. It was very peaceful and pretty. There are enough restaurants in the area to suit everyone. And close to Mammoth Cave.

The host is super friendly and really went out of her way to help us. She's open to recommendations, quick to reply on Booking and really great. She makes a great breakfast herself in the morning. We had scrambled eggs, baked bacon and blueberry pancakes with fruit. She also makes her own jams, which are divine! The accommodation is magical. We had a lovely night.

I will definately stay here again.
I will definately stay here again. I liked the variety of food for breakfast but wish they gave more time to enjoy it. The toilet was pretty low for someone that has handicaps to get on & off of it. The room itself was nice & the beds were comfortable. It is in a convenient location for access to stores & restaurants. We ate the buffet at the Shoneys & it was very good & worth what it cost.

Glasgow is a very small town, we did not stay long, and being a Monday after a holiday, a lot was shut down. That said, it was very charming, a number of restaurants we would have loved to try if able. Proximity to Mammoth Caves and other points of interest make it a good choice off the beaten track. The Main Street Bed and Breakfast where we stayed was a fantastic alternative to the many typical hotel choices available.

We went during Covid so many things were closed.
We went during Covid so many things were closed. It is a quaint town with a walking tour that is posted on boards around town. We learned about Billy Vaughn, internationally known jazz musician who played the twin sax. We had take out food from The Shogun restaurant while listening to Billy Vaughn music on Spotify while sitting in a Civil War era B&B, Hall Place. What more can you ask for.

Yancy’s is a great local bar to hang out at.
Yancy’s is a great local bar to hang out at. Live music great food also!! Very welcoming to out of town visitors. 20 minutes away is natural wonder Mammoth Cave National Park. Worth the drive. Tons of other caves and activities such as canoeing and hiking. Shogun’s has excellent hibachi and sushi. Hall’s was the best B & B ever!!
We love historical building and homes and the Hall Place was exceptional as was the host Sharla and her assistant/housekeeper. Breakfast was great! Glasgow is a wonderful small town with lots to appreciate. We had lunch and dinner in town, all walking distance. We toured Mammoth Cave nearby. This was a halfway stop on our way to St. Louis to visit family and attend an aunts 90th birthday party!
Breakfast was well presented , the pancakes and compote were terrific.
We were also served a nice fruit salad, but no bowls were offered. Fruit salad, scrambled and pancakes on the same plate were not the best.
We loved our stay at Main Street bed and breakfast. It was so nice to stay somewhere other than your typical hotel room. Cheri cooked us a wonderful breakfast. She sat down with us and we had a nice conversation.
Asked the taxi driver in England Glasgow to take
us to this Hotel no such place it is in America why would I book 1 night stay in America had to find another hotel in Glasgow England at last minute
Hotel was going through some renovations, so initially it looked a little sketchy, but the staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable and they had a really nice complimentary breakfast.
The location was great, plenty of fast food places if you like those places, the parking was well lite, and seemed safe. The interior of the hotel was comfortable and maintained.
