We loved how clean and fresh smelling the hotel and hallways were. Staff was nice, and when online booked us for a smoking room, was able to fix it for us. (My reservation showed non-smoking but the booking site sent them smoking for some reason)

"The Outpost" is a great place to stay in Grand Rivers. The town offers a variety of restaurants and shops and great places to walk. There is a Theatre there, presenting different types of entertainment throughout the year. Docked sailboats and water views are everywhere.

My wife, and I wanted a weekend away from our life’s, and Patti’s settlement in Grand Rivers Ky offered everything that we were looking for! Grand Rivers Ky sounds like an awesome place to bring the kids, and grandchildren one of these days. We were reading about all the water activities offered, and when we come back with the family we’ll definitely be staying at Patti’s Inn!

In their ad Patti's Restaurant stated reservations wasn't required but was recommended. We arrived at early lunchtime about 11:30. We were told we could make reservations for 5 hours waiting. I noted there were lots of empty tables so I gather they were short staffed. I said "No thanks". So we didn't eat at Pattis but had a nice lunch at the Landing Marina Restaurant. Their fish tacos were excellent. The shops are overpriced at Patti's. The terrain is a little difficult for seniors. Beautiful landscaping and the chapel is picturesque. If I return to Grand Rivers it will be spent at the Marina.

The area is beautifully located right on the Tennessee River, so it's perfect for fishing or just sitting on the edge of the water watching the barges come in and out the dam locks. There is so much to explore here.

    The scenery was beautiful.

The scenery was beautiful. The lake and sailboats where exceptional. I would recommend Grand Rivers to everyone. Our dinner at Patti's settlement was excellent as always. The 2 inch pork chops will get you. Our little dog silly had the best time. Went to twin lakes and the scenery was beautiful.

Cute little cabins made from portable buildings. The interior was cute, bed was comfortable, showers had lots of pressure with plenty of hot water, new AC, coffee maker and ice cold small fridge. To be sure, these aren't plush, but for a visit in Grand Rivers, for the money, they are perfect as they are clean, private, comfortable, close to everything and ll you need. Nice touch with his/hers bath robes!

The location was very good, close to everything in the area especially downtown. This location was close to many outdoor activities. The character of Outpost was unique. We enjoyed the hot tub. Overall the stay was good, but would have been great with a few corrections/improvements.

Didnt see anyone but the check in process was easy. The parking was a little skewed, there was an event nearby and all spots were taken but after that cleared it was fine. Really enjoyed the space.
