Nothing went well. We changed rooms 2 times. The first room had a very small lock for the sliding doors. The second room, the air would not work and they never clean the balconies or patios, they look horrid. Also there is not much room in the rooms and the lighting is terrible.

This property is our preferred overnight as we annually traverse from north to south in the Fall and reverse in the Spring. It's so nice to have your own place,and especially one that is so clean and comfortable, and with permission, dog friendly. It's location on our route is nice, and the location relative to "downtown" Granville is perfect.

The front desk staff person was very nice and helpful when we checked in. Room was good sized. We weren't impressed with this one. Wasn't as clean as it should/could be. Hallways were stuffy and smelled weird. Pool wasn't operational, neither was printer at the business center. Housekeeping staff tried to get in our room to clean it 10 minutes before checkout and reminded us that checkout was at 11 even tho she could clearly see that we were gathering our things to leave. Didn't partake of breakfast so can't say about the quality or anything of that. Room cost more than price originally quoted, but lesson learned. Will stay at place we normally stay at when in the area visiting family nearby.CharlesUnited States of America

The hotel staff I interacted with were all very nice and helpful. Room had automatic roll down curtains, which took a minute for me to figure out there was a control panel for them next to the thermostat. They were very nice as the thicker one was essentially a blackout curtain. A/C ran quiet enough, and kept the room cool. Internet was fast enough to stream video with no issues.

Don't worry if you forget any toiletries the hotel has you covered at no charge. If you forget your charging cube there's built in USB ports built into the wall. It was overall a great experience and I definitely would stay here again and recommend to others
