On arrival we were met but a relatively small queue and it didn’t take long to get served. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Selka who upgraded our room to a King. We were also only charged £100 deposit instead of the standard £50 per day. Note you get this back pending no issues with the room.
I read loads of reviews before we went to NYC and people are slating the rooms. I’m not sure what you want from the middle of Times Square without paying an absolute fortune. Yes the rooms are dated and have issues but you sleep and shower in them that’s it. The beds are comfy and they’re cleaned daily.
If you’re looking for somewhere to stay for a short break I can’t recommend the place highly enough.

Great location in the heart of the city. The hotel was clean, modern and had all the essential facilities. The rooftop bar had an amazing view. The room was big enough, but compact, however who stays in the room when you've NY to explore!
