Location is excellent and plenty of parking but the check in was horrible, it was at 10 pm and we were really tired from driving all day that’s why i did the reservation online, when I get there to check in it took like 30 minutes for the attendant to hand the keys, I gave him three credit cards and he kept trying to make it look like it was my fault his credit card machine kept saying error, and every time I try to put in my PIN number he says to tell him the number verbally because the window they have to do the transaction is so small I cannot reach the key pad to tipe in the pin. But I give him a credit card that doesn’t need a pin and the machine kept saying error, I end up paying with cash and after that took the guy another 15 minutes to finish paperwork and payment he was just to slow, really bad experience

Pros: clean Location - close to 7th st metro Security at front door Nice bathrooms Good size lockers - being a padlock Towel provided in nightly rate - left in each locker Solid bunk beds Any room issues for seen to within 24hrs when reported (didn’t have any, roommate advised me) The shower had amazing pressure & nice warm temp water - even at highest setting it couldn’t burn. The shower curtain ended above the bath-rim however so the floor got super wet whenever anyone showered. A longer curtain would fix this.
