I am very satisfied with Hampton Inn. I had to check in due to unfavorable circumstances. It was below freezing weather and I had no water at my house due to the water freezing. I could not shower. I could not do dishes. I could not go to the bathroom. The weather made my life very uncomfortable. Hampton Inn is right around the corner from my house, so it's close and I could go home and check on my dogs. Also, I was very pleased to find out that Hampton Inn has washer and dryer access to the customers. I was able to bring my scrubs to the hotel and get them washed so I had fresh scrubs to wear to work. Hampton Inn had a very nice hot breakfast with several choices. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I appreciate it. The fact that the shampoo and conditioner was phosphate-free and sulfate free parafan-free. That may seem like a really small detail, but it really isn't. That detail shows me that Hampton Inn does pay attention to the customer's needs. My overall stay at Hampton Inn was a very positive experience. I am grateful!

It was located between my friends home and my doctor. It is close to activities in Fort Worth and there are good places to shop. The holels are less expensive than those in Fort Worth and if you know the traffic patterns it is easy to get around the DFW metroplex.Susan - 10Scored 10

Our front desk person, Lamar, was so personable and friendly. I immediately knew that I had made a good choice in booking this hotel after conversation with him during the check-in process. My family was comfortable as well whenever we needed extra towels, blankets, etc. We especially liked the kitchenette! We went to the grocery stores which were nearby and we were able to cook our own food and eat when we got ready to eat.BUnited States

But once inside the room, we never heard anything from other rooms! Impressive. The breakfast area was well maintained and provided the usual, sufficient options at this level of hotel. We were just glad to see it operating, as some businesses still claim the former pandemic is preventing them from supplying the breakfast included in their rack rate. The front desk staff was professional and helpful.

The room was very spacious for our party of four. Very nice décor and an awesome bathroom. The staff were very courteous and took immediate care of a couple of small issues I had.
