There was no breakfast. The room was about 12 miles from the airport, and the only option to get there was a taxi. The gentleman at the motel was willing to wait for me until nearly midnight, and had the room warm when I arrived. It was minimalistic, but adequate and clean. Traffic noise wasn't too bad, but I could have used a lamp and a clock. The TV worked well, and all in all I was comfortable until my family arrived the next morning.

This a wonderful wonderful wonderful place to stay. The beds are super comfy and the whole area is peaceful. The breakfast is really top shelf. The pancake machine was a hit. This is so centrally located to everything.

It was clean but in a bad neighborhood, the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever been on
