Great breakfast options! Room was clean and the bathroom upgrade was beautiful. The location was 15 mins away from the Pontchartrain Convention & Civic Center which we had a competition at and there were tons of food options near the hotel. Great experience and will be booking again next year.

We always stay here when we go on our cruise 🚢 and we like it cause it’s close to the port and we feel safe here. Denny’s is in the parking lot. The rooms are nice and clean. Front desk attendants are very nice 😊

After changing room due to the mold in the refrigerator and mold smell in the room, the second room A/C was not working right and was blowing something in the air that caused my mate to get an bronchial attack. We then had to move to a third room where the A/C worked better but the room still smelled moldy.

The professional staff and the great breakfast! The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. This hotel is five minutes from the mall and there are so many good restaurants, attractions; most importantly, the airport is about fifteen minutes away.

Different room rates for each day stayed ...total of seven days and a different rate each day, without explanation....only to see the rates when I returned back to CA. home and received a copy of the statement via email.......want an explanation also, didn't change sheets when asked two separate days. We stayed there for seven days. want an answer.

We walked about 10 feet from our truck to the door of the hotel right to the elevator and up two floors to our room which was less than 10 feet from the elevator. The room was very spacious with a nice walk in shower and a king bed. The rates were very reasonable as well. We'll be back for sure.... a new location for us to stay at for sure.
