I liked the number of different restaurants. Great shopping. Easy to navigate the area. The Lobster Trap was the BEST! We would have eaten there the last two days of our stay but they were closed! So sad!!

The driven van excursion up & down the Mt.
The driven van excursion up & down the Mt. Washington auto road was excellent! A highlight of the trip! Well narrated, informative, just the right duration, & well worth the price. Especially when compared to the self drive. The driver, Kevin, was courteous, very informative, & extremely pleasant.
The hotel is under renovation and when we arrived we seriously thought it was completely closed and even abandoned. Finally our room was at the back of the hotel a separate part of the main building. The room we chose was with a fireplace "but didn't work", the room was clean and comfortable with a mini refrigerator and a microwave but no coffee machine. There was no restaurant or breakfast available. At our disposal was only few donuts and coffee in the main building but very dusty because of the renovation.
The staff here was very friendly. The hotel is very confusing in the way that it looks very cute and nice from the outside, and even the lobby is beautiful!!!! They clearly have spent a lot of money investing into the lobby and common spaces, as there are many taxidermy bears and moose and a beautiful antique car. The couches and tables are very stylish and great quality, so overall the first impressions are very high!! And then you get to your room and get an entirely different space.
Convenient walk to downtown North Conway, .8 miles, and nice views of mountains from the porch. The owner and staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and made the stay that much more pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful, delicious, and a good mix for those who eat meat and those who don’t. Though we love children and have some of our own, we appreciated that young ones are not allowed to stay.
It's a very nice hotel following the bed and breakfast style. We were in a Family Room that was very convenient for our family. Breakfast was excellent, it was not a buffet but everything was prepared as you choose from a menu. Service was very good, the only cons we found were the early check-out and that the bad-tub was out of service.
This hotel was in the perfect location in North Conway NH. In either direction of the hotel there are so many things to do. Staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, we always saw people cleaning something every time we came in and out. They also offered late night snack bars, movies, iced coffee bar and much more
The room was spacious and very clean. The grounds out back were beautifully taken care of and the pool and jacuzzi was enjoyable. It was centrally located just a couple minutes from downtown North Conway. Other guests that were vacationing there were very friendly, giving off a welcoming feeling.
. Perfectly located hotel in North Conway. Lovely town, full of restaurants and, having an excellent outlet. We really liked the quick check in, the excellent cookies by the front desk, the excellent pool. The rooms were large and very clean. Felt more than a 3 star hotel.
the rooms were great, the pool and hot tub were relaxing and empty after skiing all day. right across from the outlets and can walk to food. breakfast in the morning was exceptional for hotel breakfast and staff was super friendly. will stay again.
The property is located off the main road in North Conway up a driveway. It is set back adequately to avoid noise etc. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Good air conditioning and plenty of room for a family of four.
Super charming, cozy and beautiful option for visiting New Hampshire.
The team is also super friendly and kind.
Also, just close to the hotel there’s a pub with wonderful IPA beers.
Definitely a place to return.
The location was perfect, walking distance to the main downtown area of North Conway. The staff was friendly and attentive, the included breakfast was very well prepared, and the room and property were very clean.
Room was fine but a bit small. Still had everything you needed from desk to fridge to tv to 2 chairs to sit in. This was one of the cheapest priced hotels, and for the price I paid it was worth it.
The location is great. It’s only a 5 minute drive into downtown North Conway. The room was well appointed and modern. It was a pleasant surprise after seeing the exterior of the building.
