Lots of food options close by.
Lots of food options close by. It's Easter weekend, so a lot of places are closed, but Wang Palace is right up the street. Close to the highway and easy to get around. There are 2 different CVS within a mile of the hotel so we always had what we needed. Stop n' shop right around the corner. Food+meds+laundry, all bases covered. Nobody messed with our car or anything like that. There were a lot of police on patrol, but nobody tried to violate my Constitutional rights. I found a creek out behind the hotel while I was smoking a joint, it was peaceful and prohibition of pot is lifted in CT, so smoke it if you got it!! :)

I have family in the area and this is our go to hotel :) There are great restaurants in the area as well as shopping and activities. Old Wethersfield is quaint and a great place to spend an afternoon.

This location was right off the highway (but also quiet), so it was a quick in at night and out the next morning. It had obviously recently been renovated and the room was perfectly clean. Breakfast could use some type of protein and bread for highway travelers, as other options were light. However, the owner or manager was there, actually asked about this and what we thought we would like to see in the future- I thought that was a great sign for the future of this hotel!

The bed was very comfortable, the hot tub was so great on my back! There was no mold smell or anything that previous reviews spoke about. It’s a great hotel that I’d stay at again.
