The hotel itself was fine. Our problem was with Booking.com.
The hotel itself was fine. Our problem was with Booking.com. Our request for an extra cot was never relayed to the hotel. We would have gladly reserved another room if we had known ahead of time that the hotel couldn't accommodate the request. We will most likely not use Booking.com again.

I was pleasantly surprised.
I was pleasantly surprised. A clean and quiet place to stay south of Tampa. They also had a free breakfast with eggs and muffin. This is big because breakfast eating out not is over 20 bucks.
Front desk was pleasant and was smiling which is rare In customer service these days. I will be back.

The “apartment” unit we were assigned was changed at the last minute the night we checked in 2/28. It was simply a large room with minimal kitchenette. Neighboring units in our building had much more for the same price. Large bug found under toaster in cupboard. Washing dishes in bathroom sink where germs abound! Yuck!!
No kitchen sink, no table and chairs to work or eat at, very difficult tv remote. Floor was filthy and no cleaning supplies were provided.
Bathroom sink faucet and towel bar were broken, shower curtain had mold. Tub had hair and a dirty sponge in it.
Pools were not heated as stated, beach chairs were not accessible, much less complementary ,as stated.
We had to eat out for our meals and could not spend much time in unit except to sleep.
Woke up daily with bunches of bug bites, later confirmed by my dermatologist as BED BUG BITES! Disgusting.
Communications with Quinn were difficult. No explanation of the reception/gym area. That is the building where we were initially assigned, and would have preferred.
Aside from the lovely sunsets and Sunset Grill the only good restaurant on grounds, we are very unsatisfied with our stay.
We expect the least you can do now is give us a rebate to help compensate for all of these issues.

Ruskin has a very rural feel around the area.
Ruskin has a very rural feel around the area. There are a few places to eat that are really good but not at all fancy or impressive to look at. A car is definitely needed. People are friendly-locals and snowbirds! Bring mosquito/noseeums repellent!

The property is great with a great location.
The property is great with a great location. The booking and confirmation process includes far too many e-mails. I was still receiving e-mails to confirm my reservation three days after we checked out. We have stayed at this property several times in the past. The lack of onsite management and contact person is a negative and we will not go back to this property.

A very relaxing few days starting with lots of help from Crystal to make sure our stay was off to a good start. We have stayed over 30 days in hotels in 2022 and this was by far our favorite stay! The facility and ENTIRE staff were amazing.
Very quiet.i like that it was downstairs and close to the pool. I am handicapped and in a wheelchair. it's hard for me to get around.i would sty there again even with the little bit of problems I had from being handicap. I liked it better than some hotels we have went too. I'm not sure if they have a room for handicap that's why I'm saying this .
The location is perfect to explore Florida and be centrally located. Very nice, lower key place that is very family friendly. I would even like to move to Ruskin after this trip. Great facilities, clean and well maintained.
The stay was amazing this area is a Dimond loved it and will stay again in the future. The little bar restaurant on the water was a super nice plus with very nice people and great food and drinks..
Beautiful balcony views. I sat on the balcony for the majority of my stay. Beautiful and safe area. Pool towels near the tv. Comfortable beds. Fantastic bar and grille on the property.
There was a fire at the hotel. The staff was professional and efficient clearing the hotel. They were also accommodating to the guests offering water and small refreshments.
Great value. We stayed in a two bedroom cottage that had been recently updated. Great pool--the kids swam every day. Close to Little Harbor Resort in Ruskin.
The breakfast was very good, lots of choice. The pool and pool area were very clean. Staff extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
