there was a dirty wet towel left in the bathroom when I first entered into the room. There were no curtains to darken the room. The curtain sheer was damaged and dirty. However, the bedding were clean and there were fresh towels. The TV sound did not work. The view was gorgeous, and the staff were very friendly. The continental breakfast was nice.

The staff was super helpful! They reached out to us before our trip to confirm. My friends and I booked separate rooms and all stayed at this location. The rooms were very cozy and clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We loved the proximity to downtown Santa Cruz and the beach is close as well. Parking was easy and convenient.
