The staff is incredible! They were so accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay special.
The food was absolutely phenomenal, especially the breakfast that came with our stay! We also loved all of the wine we tasted and the free glass of wine we got sit our stay was a nice touch. The heated outdoor pool was amazing and I wish I had signed up for yoga because their wellness facilities were top notch.

I've stated at this hotel before. Each time I've stayed, there is a problem double charging my credit card. The first time I was double billed for the room. I had to follow up to get my money back. This time a random charge was applied to my credit card. Supposedly a credit was issued. To date, I have not received a credit and my card company has confirmed no credit has been issued. Close and convenient to Narragansett pier.
Close and convenient to Narragansett pier. Only 20 minute drive to Newport. There is a Dunkin Donuts and Subway nextdoor to the hotel, but no other restaurants. There was a "rotton egg" smell for two of the days we were there, so we didn't use the outdoor pool.

We lived here for 5 years so we really enjoyed visiting our old haunts. Ate seafood. Went beach combing. Went to antique/ junk shops. Loved seeing the rocks ocean and beautiful old houses. Very restful.

The breakfast was awesome.
The breakfast was awesome. It had a very broad selection for everyone to choose from. The room was very nice, but it had a musky smell to it. There was also a noise from either the soda machine or the ice machine, that keep us awake most of the night. The air conditioner unit was also noisy as well. We were placed on the bottom floor (basement) of the hotel. considering what we paid for the room we should have been placed someplace other than the basement.AAnonymousUnited States
