No restaurants were open after 6 PM on a Sunday evening during height of tourism season. We understand though as it was haying season. We were able to buy food at the local grocery store and microwaved our dinners.

Was very clean, well stocked and the a/c worked to keep a hot day be a bearable nights sleep. Ice machine fully loaded despite the heat. I felt this motel care for guests comfort and needs. The price was so fair, I’m generally a fancy hotel points kind of person and I often pay much higher rates. I’d be happy to stay again! Mingo did it all.ddebraUnited States

Stayed one night as a pass through for a backpacking trip and was expecting just a mediocre roadside motel but this far exceeded that! Check in was easy and staff very friendly. Super comfy beds, very clean, great price, and perfect location for our needs. Would definitely book again and stay longer.

Wed spent the day playing in Wallowa State Park and Lake but needed to hit the road the next morning for a 3-day drive. The 30*minute drive from the Lake to this wonderful respite was logistically great for us. the next morning we were well rested after a very quiet nights sleep. Just at the top of the parking lot is an adorable coffee shop/cafe (Blonde Strawberry), and you can easily walk where you need to go in downtown Wallowa.
