Superb location, friendly staff and rooms are exactly what’s needed for a city break. I WOULD IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS. On arrival we were met but a relatively small queue and it didn’t take long to get served. We were greeted by a lovely lady called Selka who upgraded our room to a King. We were also only charged £100 deposit instead of the standard £50 per day. Note you get this back pending no issues with the room. I read loads of reviews before we went to NYC and people are slating the rooms. I’m not sure what you want from the middle of Times Square without paying an absolute fortune. Yes the rooms are dated and have issues but you sleep and shower in them that’s it. The beds are comfy and they’re cleaned daily. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay for a short break I can’t recommend the place highly enough.

Location was amazing. Room was massive and bed was so comfortable. View from our room was outstanding wow!! I also want to say a massive thank you to the staff that clean our room every day and gave us fresh clean towels makes such a massive difference when come back to your room after a long day site seeing and bed is made, clean room and fresh towels.
