Wheatland is a quiet and friendly small town. There are entertainment options, and several restaurants with really delicious food. The mountain views are to the West, so boon rooms on that side if desired.

Wonderful place to stay!!! ♥️♥️♥️ It was immaculate and comfortable! The young man that checked us in Sunday afternoon was fabulous! He started the fireplace for us outside while we were sitting! He was so kind and professional! The lady that was working the next morning was very kind also. This is a wonderful facility! We will stay there again! Thank you!

I was there on July 4 and, while there was no municipal fireworks display there were lots of private displays that lit up the sky. Wheatland is a nice little town and the motel is appropriate for the community.

Everything about the place is great: the building, the room, the amenities, the staff, the breakfast. Can’t say enough good things about it. It’s WAY better than spending 3x more per night at a hotel an hour down the road in the big city. Five stars for sure!
