Room was ready after 5:30 I have been told to wait in the lobby and I will get a text when room is ready. After 1 hour of waiting went back to reception to check and room was ready but nobody texted me to let us know. In the morning they told me that I have to give the room by 11:00 am. After I gave the room I mention that is not fair to give it back so early when room was ready so late. The male receptionist was extremely rude and arguing that I needed to ask for late check out., Any hotel that I went was the policy to explain to the customer everything and specialy to let them know in case room is given to late that they can check out late. When I ask in the morning he said 11:00 without mentioning that a late check out without extra charge could be available.

My husband and I recently stayed at Haus Windham in Windham, NY and it was absolutely perfect for our romantic getaway. The apartment itself was charming and impeccably clean. The cozy fireplace was a delightful touch, and we spent evenings curled up by it, sharing glasses of wine.
The location was truly unbeatable. We were just steps away from the windham path. My husband also went to the golf course down the street. Also a short drive to Windham Mountain and the Main Street in town. It was the ideal balance of tranquility and easy access to everything Windham has to offer.
The staff was very responsive to all our needs. Communication was smooth and friendly, and they provided us with helpful recommendations for things to do in the area.
Overall, our stay at Haus Windham was nothing short of magical. We created unforgettable memories, and we can't wait to return someday! We highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking for a romantic escape in the beautiful Catskills.

For the cost of the room, breakfast should have been included. The restaurant was very expensive and wasn't open the first 2 days we were there. We had good breakfasts at the Windham Diner but dinner was not so hot. Had a decent meal at the Tap House. Skip the Tipp Tavern. Bad food and dirty. Hickory Hill Market gets a thumbs up. We booked a 2 bedroom suite, which was very nice. Minnewaska State Park is fabulous if you like to hike but it was 1.5 hours away. Overall, the resort is nice.AAnonymous - 10Scored 10
We attended a celebration of life at CD Lane Park.
We attended a celebration of life at CD Lane Park. There was a small lake with a pavilion. Its a little off the beaten trail, but visit the park if you are there. The scenery of the entire area is breath taking. We stayed and ate at Jimmy OConnor's Mountain Inn. I recommend the inn and restaurant if you are passing through or staying in Windham.

Pleasant enough location for visiting the local area. Best suited for those who are hiking or undertaking other outdoor activities. Town of Windham has a reasonable choice of restaurants. We visited in late spring and it was fairly quiet. I'm guessing it is a more lively location in the skiing season.

Omg let me tell you to start this place has everything you want in a hotel.Clean good food nice people the place is kept really nice and clean and it wasn’t expensive and it was like 5 minutes ride from Windham mountain I would be back thanks.
