The workers at the front desk and breakfast hall were very nice. Facilities were modernized, which we liked. The pool was nice. We liked the convenience of the location and the facilities offered (workout, pool, laundry, common area with WiFi, bar, etc.)

The property is ok. Staff is ok. Rooms however are old, musty lots of mold probably. Carpet is disgusting you can smell as soon as you walk in I like that if had shampoo conditioner towels, mini fridge, make up remover Ms emergency toothbrush if needed. I also like that there hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby that is a bonus

Location was booked primarily for access to a kitchen which was functional and helpful. Bed linens were reasonably clean, as were the towels and wash rags although the latter were somewhat dated. All the appliances were clean and worked efficiently. There was ample free parking and the area felt safe. Check-in, although being at midnight, went very smoothly, thanks mainly to the wonderful attitude and kindness of Mike the front entrance employee. Check-out was a breeze.
Equipped with many comforts of home, including in-room microwaves and mini-refrigerators, this Inn At Woburn offers easy access to Interstate 93 as well as downtown Boston.

Easy for roadtrip stopover, located off the intersection of two major highways I95 and I93. Perfectly easy to drive to Boston: downtown in 15-18 minutes straight away unless Boston itself might have a traffic jam but otherwise, very hassle free drive. Lots of hotels nearby to book, amenities in general. The Studio Café, 327, Main Street is a good coffee shop.

Convenient to Boston by train or car. Easy to drive around Woburn. Varied restaurant choices, a movie theater, a GF bakery, green spaces for walking. Convenient place to stay out of the city and to explore northeast Mass (Salem, Lowell). L.L. Bean outlet.

They don't give a crap if their pool is comfortable or not, if coffee in rooms are well stocked or not, if your keys work or not. Restaurant was good but waaay overpriced. The filtered water was out of order.
There are some restaurants in the surrounding area including a supermarket.

Location was good, the back parking lot grounds were scattered with litter, alcohol bottles, broken glass etc...the roll in shower soaked the entire bathroom floor, it made a horrible mess, and the walls are paper thin, 2 nights in a row we were kept awake by the person in the next room...over all I would not recommend spending the money on this motel, you'll be disappointed, the bed was so rock hard, there was no getting comfortable.

I paid half more for checking in at 11am instead of 3pm. Hotel was not full. I stayed 7 days.
Room was cleaned once in my stay. I asked four times for cleaning
Food for breakfast cold. Breads left out hours
I took out trash. Lack of tissues. No regular coffee
My stay was regrettable. My daughter lives two miles away. I want this location. Management is very lax and not customer focus from day 1. I was told four times, we “. can’t promise room to be cleaned” today. Four times. Finally after four days, day 5, clean. I put trash out myself. Not good!

We were on a tight schedule to attend a conference, and it would have helped to have a breakfast option on the hotel premises, even microwavable food or cereal. We had to go find a Dunkin Donuts and lost 30 minutes of travel time.
The room was fine and quiet.
We stayed here 2 nights to have the option of visiting Salem and Boston each day. It was a perfect location... about half an hour from Salem and half an hour from Boston's Freedom Trail. We even visited Harvard in Cambridge and it took less than half an hour to get back to the hotel. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was also good... waffles, sausage and eggs, in addition to hot and cold cereal and breads / pastries. I would definitely stay here again.
I liked the location of the hotel. Very accessible by walking through a well kept footpath that takes one to shopping and play/leisure areas and it is located in a not so built up area that provided an atmosphere of nature and well deserved greenery and not so much nuisance from vehicles noise and fumes. Generally the hotel is quiet and provides relaxation.
Seemed to be a new hotel with a great location. Chick-fil-A, Dunkin’ Donuts and restaurants right next to the hotel were very convenient. The beds were comfortable and it was extremely clean. The bathroom was very nice and the shower was amazing. Nice storage area in bathroom.Ample parking even though it was a combo Homewood Suites and Hampton Inn facility.
Had a nice selection for breakfast options. The pool was nice and relaxing after a hot day in Boston. The attached restaurant in front of the hotel had great food, but was a bit expensive for dinner for 2. We had a great 2 nights in Woburn and enjoyed staying at the hotel. All the little rabbits running around the property were cute and fun to watch.
WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS HOTEL.THE ROOM WAS VERY SPCACIOUS AND THE BATHROOM WAS VERY ROOMY THE BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE I ALREADY LOOK FOWARD TO STAYING THERE AGAIN.,,,,P.S. THE STAFF WAS WARM AND FRIENDLY I THANK THEM ALL..
The hotel is ideally situated to explore downtown Boston, Salem or Harvard. We liked the pool, even though the water and the room were a little cold. The rooms are nice and big enough. The staff was friendly too.
The facilities in room. The cleanliness of the room. All these may be given in several hotels but when i compare them to the cheap hotels i have stayed in the Lexington area i find a sea of difference.
Really nice room, comfortable and big bed. Nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Some bars and places to eat nearby. Pool was closed as not summer season but looked a nice area.
Comfortable room and bed. Location was good for my business purpose, and everybody chose what they think would suit them best. The hotel is rather new, nice stay.
Location is great, staff was super friendly and nice, rooms and everything in them is well designed and thought off. Loved everything including the pool area.
Oh family stayed in Fairfield hotel for a three-day trip to MA. Hotel was clean, close proximity to Boston, Salem and a great shopping plaza right next to it.
