It was such a lovely stay! The location right on the river was perfect with gorgeous views with breakfast. We had the Double room with mountain view and waking up to the lazy river and lush mountains really felt like holiday. But for us, the standout was the service! From arranging transportation to booking tours to helping me with an injury!!! Shun and her husband were all smiles and made us feel at home !! Thank you 🙏 we will come to you guys every time we stay in Beautiful Phong Nha!!!

Honestly couldn’t recommend enough. At first we were a bit worried as we got mixed feelings from the photos but we can assure you that the rooms are lovely, clean and very big (perfect for having room to unpack).
The staff were nothing but helpful! On the last day my boyfriend got sick and the main woman let us stay longer in the room, brought us teas and fresh fruit for him.

The location of the property is perfect, on the river and a short walk into the main area. The view from the pool is amazing. They have bicycles you can use for free, rent a moped or a kayak. The family who own this are really friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, bathroom clean and comfortable bed. We loved our stay here and definitely get more than value for money. The family who run Hugo Homestay are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the free breakfast every day and had lunch a couple of times which was tasty. The owner even helped us out to make our sleeper bus on time by giving us a free ride which was very kind. The pool was nice and clean, good value for money ☺️
