Was a transit stop for an early morning flight. It was fairly late in the even and we still found places that served good tasty food. The pods were easy to find. I would suggest booking beforehand rather than showing up and hoping there is space.

It's just cheap hotels surroundings the airport. Nothing to do or see as far as I can tell but I was only there for a stopover. Hanoi is a brilliant city and I love and recommend it but the area around the airport isn't much. Like anywhere, it's just set up for the airport which makes sense. The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious and it was really easy to get to the airport, being only a few minutes away. If you stayed in Hanoi and had to catch a plane, you'd have a 45+ minute journey to contend with, along with the hazard of Hanoi street chaos.
